It offers studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments in four categories, with 73,000 m² of living space, a 1,750 m² swimming pool, an approximately 2,000 m² Wellness Center, Social Club and concierge services. The project is designed for both permanent living and investment.

Royal Terrace apartments, located on the 7th floor and above, are planned with spacious private terraces and private plunge pools. The approximately 2,000 m² Wellness Center within the development will be operated by HouseFit Clinic. Signature and Signature+ apartments are decorated by Leopoint Furniture and delivered fully furnished and ready to live in.

There are four categories (Life, Garden Limited, Pool Limited, Royal Terrace), each with three layouts: 1+0, 1+1 and 2+1. Each apartment's gross area (min–max) and floor plan are available on the Apartments page.

With the Signature and Signature+ options, apartments are decorated by Leopoint Furniture and delivered fully furnished and ready to live in. The standard handover specification is available from the Sales Office.

The main difference between the categories is the outdoor living space. Life apartments have balconies; Garden Limited has private ground-floor gardens; Pool Limited has ground-floor gardens with pools; Royal Terrace offers spacious terraces and private plunge pools from the 7th floor upwards.

You receive a written document at each step: price and payment plan when choosing your apartment, reservation terms when reserving it, a signed sales contract and payment schedule at contract signing, and a handover record and keys at handover.

Established in 2015, SPOINT Construction is VivaMore's developer. Having started with interior architecture, detailing and finishing works for hotels and hospitals, the company is now a contractor whose work spans fit-out and finishing works through to property development.

Leopoint Furniture brings 40 years of experience to finishing works and furniture installation at VivaMore; Signature and Signature+ apartments are decorated by Leopoint Furniture. Gold Stone carries out marble and natural stone works.
