As of September 2026, the Block A foundation is complete. Ground was broken on 12 June 2026, with the first concrete pour in August 2026; a raft foundation and C35 concrete were used in accordance with the ground investigation.

Each report includes before-and-after photos from the same fixed viewpoints, an aerial view, progress percentages for foundations, structure and infrastructure, work completed that month and the next milestone.
