Apartments

Three layouts in four distinct categories

The segment determines the apartment's floor and outdoor space: balcony (Life), garden (Garden Limited), garden with pool (Pool Limited), or private terrace + pool (Royal Terrace).

Life

The project's income-focused residential segment: studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with balconies on the upper floors, with functional plans and efficient space use.

Garden Limited

Ground-floor apartments with private gardens on the outward-facing side: a flow from interior to terrace to private garden.

Pool Limited

Ground-floor apartments with pools on the inward-facing side: interior, terrace and outdoor pool area form one connected living space.

Royal Terrace

Studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments from the 7th floor upwards, with spacious private terraces and private plunge pools.

Which materials are used?

Signature and Signature+ apartments are decorated by Leopoint Furniture and delivered as fully furnished, ready-to-live-in homes. Marble and natural stone works are carried out by Gold Stone.

What apartment types are available?

There are four categories (Life, Garden Limited, Pool Limited, Royal Terrace), each with three layouts: 1+0, 1+1 and 2+1. Each apartment's gross area (min–max) and floor plan are available on the Apartments page.

Are apartments delivered furnished?

With the Signature and Signature+ options, apartments are decorated by Leopoint Furniture and delivered fully furnished and ready to live in. The standard handover specification is available from the Sales Office.

What is the difference between the categories?

The main difference between the categories is the outdoor living space. Life apartments have balconies; Garden Limited has private ground-floor gardens; Pool Limited has ground-floor gardens with pools; Royal Terrace offers spacious terraces and private plunge pools from the 7th floor upwards.

How can I get a floor plan and price list?

Select “Floor plan and price list” in the contact form, call the Sales Office or message us on WhatsApp. Requests are answered the same day during opening hours.
