02Personal data processed
The following data is processed: full name, phone number, email, area of interest (purpose of enquiry), preferred callback time and message (including questions asked of VivaMore AI) through contact and callback forms; technical data including IP address, browser information and submission time; and anonymous visitor statistics if consent has been given to analytics cookies.
03Purposes and legal basis for processing
Your data is processed to respond to your enquiry, manage appointment and offer processes, and provide campaign and progress updates with your explicit consent, on the legal bases of entering into a contract, legitimate interests and explicit consent under Article 5 of the KVKK.
04Data transfers
Data is shared only with the Sales Office and authorised sales team; it may be transferred to competent authorities where legally required. No data is transferred abroad (hosting: Türkiye).
05Retention period
Form records are retained for 2 years from the resolution of your enquiry, and marketing permissions based on explicit consent are retained until consent is withdrawn; at the end of the retention period, they are deleted or anonymised.
06Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, request rectification and erasure, object to processing and seek compensation for damage.
07Requests and contact
You may submit requests to the Sales Office email address or in writing to the Sales Office postal address; requests are answered within 30 days.
