Where is VivaMore and when will it be handed over?

VivaMore is in İskele, Famagusta, Northern Cyprus, 6 minutes from the Bafra Tourism Area. Ground was broken on 12 June 2026; the target handover date is March 2028.

Who is developing the project?

The developer is SPOINT Construction (2015). Group companies Leopoint Furniture (furniture and finishing works) and Gold Stone (marble and natural stone) are directly involved in the project.

What kind of project is VivaMore?

VivaMore is a resort and residential development in İskele, Famagusta, 6 minutes from the Bafra Tourism Area. It offers studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments in four categories, with 73,000 m² of living space, a 1,750 m² swimming pool, an approximately 2,000 m² Wellness Center, Social Club and concierge services. The project is designed for both permanent living and investment.

What are VivaMore's standout features?

Royal Terrace apartments, located on the 7th floor and above, are planned with spacious private terraces and private plunge pools. The approximately 2,000 m² Wellness Center within the development will be operated by HouseFit Clinic. Signature and Signature+ apartments are decorated by Leopoint Furniture and delivered fully furnished and ready to live in.
